July Hafla and Workshop with Leila Gamal
Leila GamalLeila Gamal is a highly respected dancer, teacher and choreographer. She possesses a strong reputation for presenting quality instruction and entertainment and has received an easy acceptance not only from the general dance community but also from the Middle Eastern population of this country. Leila’s style is thoughtful, dynamic and powered with contrasting elements; her smooth and graceful interpretation of the music captivates her audiences. The West Michigan School of Middle Eastern Dance is delighted that Leila Gamal will be a part of its 10th Anniversary celebration!

Friday Night Fusion Workshops
Friday Night Fusion workshops are held the second Friday of every month at Sangha Yoga downtown Kalamazoo. Each hour and fifteen minute class features a different topic.

Ooey Gooey Pretty Tribaret
A cross between cabaret and tribal style belly dance, tribaret is a fusion dance that explores your inner glitter and inner serpent in the same evening! This class will focus on ooey gooey movements from the cabaret curriculum practiced each week, and incorporate unexpected and creepy new movements and stylizations to expand your repertoire.
